Owner, Certified General Contractor

Born and raised in Tampa, Nick has deep roots in the Tampa Bay area and a lifelong passion for building and craftsmanship. He grew up working in the trades, beginning his career as a painting contractor before expanding his expertise and earning his General Contractor license in 2017.

What drives Nick most is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his clients and bring their vision to life. He takes pride in guiding homeowners through their most personal investments—whether it’s a kitchen renovation, home addition, or full custom build—turning dreams into reality with quality workmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Beyond his work, Nick is deeply involved in his church, where he serves on the announcement, children’s, and audio teams. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors through hiking and visiting Florida’s beautiful beaches, playing golf, and unwinding with a good movie.

Construction Manager

Lauryn is a dedicated Construction Manager with a strong foundation in business and client-focused operations. A proud University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, she brings a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on project leadership to the construction industry. With a background in account management, she excels at building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of construction jobs—from coordinating crews and managing timelines to handling logistics, safety compliance, and quality control. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she thrives on catching potential issues early and delivering smooth, successful project outcomes that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, family is her top priority. She is an active member of the PTA and loves spending quality time with her loved ones. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she is especially passionate about cheering on the Florida Gators across all sports. Whether it’s game day or a weekend project at home, she brings the same energy, dedication, and team-focused mindset to everything she does.

Superintendent

Born and raised in Cuba, Danyer is a seasoned Construction Superintendent known for his versatility, technical expertise, and relentless drive to deliver exceptional results. A true jack of all trades, he brings broad construction knowledge to every project while maintaining a particular interest in electrical systems. 

With a work ethic rooted in his Cuban upbringing, Danyer approaches every job with pride and determination. He is not satisfied until the project is complete, functional, and built to the highest standards. Whether leading large crews or solving unexpected challenges on-site, his commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency has earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

When he’s not on the job, Danger enjoys spending quality time with his family, who remain his greatest source of motivation. He finds balance and joy through fishing, creating music, and taking on various personal building projects around the home — activities that continue to sharpen his craftsmanship and creativity.

Digital Operations Manager, Realtor

Jenna is a dynamic Digital Operations Manager for Brackin Renoations & Development where she oversees the company’s digital ecosystem to enhance visibility, streamline operations, and support business growth. She specializes in managing key platforms including the company website, social media presence, and job management systems — ensuring cohesive branding, effective communication, and efficient project workflows across digital channels.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, Jenna brings over ten years of combined experience in digital marketing and project management. Her strategic approach blends creative storytelling with practical execution, helping construction teams connect with clients, showcase project successes, and maintain organized, technology-driven operations. She is also a licensed realtor, which strengthens her market insight and ability to bridge digital strategies with real estate and construction opportunities.

Outside of work, Jenna is deeply devoted to her family. She enjoys quality time with her husband and their three children, stays active through cooking and working out, and gives back to her community by serving on her church’s children’s ministry and hospitality teams.

Jenna is passionate about leveraging digital tools to drive real-world results in the construction industry while balancing a fulfilling personal life grounded in family and service.

Field Hand

Isaac is a motivated and reliable Field Hand at Brackin Renovations and Development, bringing fresh energy and a strong willingness to learn every project. A recent high school graduate, he is eager to build a solid career in construction and is quickly developing his skills across various site tasks, from material handling and site preparation to assisting skilled tradespeople.

Known for his can-do attitude and dependability, Isaac approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and a commitment to getting the job done right. He takes pride in being a team player who shows up ready to work and is always open to guidance and new opportunities to grow. He is also CPR certified, adding an important layer of safety awareness to his role on site.

In his free time, Isaac stays active through working out and boxing, which help him maintain the physical fitness and mental focus essential for demanding construction work. He also values spending quality time with his family, who continue to be his strongest support and motivation.

Isaac is excited to continue learning, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to high-quality construction projects as he builds his future in the field.

Apprentice

Carson is a bright, energetic 7-year-old who spends his days learning the ropes in his dad’s construction business. As a Carpenter’s Helper and General Laborer, Carson is often found on job sites carrying materials, cleaning up, handing tools, and soaking up knowledge from his father and the other tradesmen. He loves watching how houses come together—from framing walls to pouring concrete—and dreams of one day becoming a skilled builder himself.

When he’s not on the job site, Carson is all about fun and staying active. He’s a passionate soccer player and football enthusiast, whether he’s playing pickup games with friends or cheering on his favorite teams. In his downtime, you’ll catch him watching building tutorials and gaming videos on YouTube, grinding levels on Roblox with his buddies, or just hanging out and laughing outside.

Carson’s favorite thing is balancing hard work with play. He’s curious, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand—whether that means swinging a hammer or kicking a ball around after a long day on site. A true “jack of all trades” in training with a big smile and even bigger heart!
